Aqua Zumba

For ages 12 or older. This course is perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Aqua Fitness

For ages 55+

Aqua Fitness is a great way to exercise with low impact on joints while strengthening muscles and bones—all while having fun in the water! This class provides a light to moderate aerobic workout that increases endurance, core strength, and flexibility. Our SilverSneakers-certified instructors lead participants through movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements, and jumping jacks, with limited use of equipment.

All equipment is provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along. Please wear swimwear. Locker rooms and showers are available on-site.

Free for all SilverSneakers, Silver & Fit, Renew Active, and One Pass members!

If you're registering for one of the special price rates, be sure to complete the online checkout and look for a confirmation email to finalize your registration.
