Tai Chi: A Gentle Introduction For Beginners

This class will introduce participants to Tai Chi, it's core concepts, warm up exercises, beginning movements, and cool downs. The movements are gentle and ideally flowing and continuous and will help develop improved balance and focus in the present. It is sometimes called a moving meditation. No Class on July 5.
