ECFE welcomes you and your baby to share your joys and concerns with other new parents.
Curious about energy healing, sound healing and what it can do for you? In this 90-minute session, you’ll learn about the centuries old art of energy healing. For the first part of this class, you’ll learn about your body’s energy centers, where they are, how they work and how they can affect you. We’ll finish the class with 40-minute healing soundbath and guided meditation. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed and relaxed!
Dress in comfortable, loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket, as we will lie on the floor for the soundbath. Feel free to bring a light blanket to cover up, pillow and eye mask, if you like – whatever makes you comfortable and relaxed.
This is an adult session, but mature 15–18-year-olds would be welcome if accompanied by a parent or other adult.
