Do something good for you! Just like any wellness practice, consistency is key for getting the most out of your efforts. Join us for a three-part series of soundbath with light breathwork and guided meditation. During each session, we’ll do some centering breathwork and enjoy a relaxing, healing soundbath with light guided meditation. Following the soundbath, we’ll have time for discussion and questions.
Dress in comfortable, loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket, as we will lie on the floor for the soundbath. Feel free to bring a light blanket to cover up, pillow and eye mask, if you like – whatever makes you comfortable and relaxed.
