One of the easiest ways to meditate is by word meditation; It provides the meditation benefits of relaxation and stress reduction and is used medically for patients who will benefit from it. It is easy to learn and easy to do, but there are important guidelines for proper practice. Learn how to do it correctly and how your practice develops over time. This class is held virtually.
