Fall is in the air and the smell of freshly baked bread is the perfect complement. Join Dianne Patras and Kathy Melamed for a hands-on baking class. You will learn how to make bagels and while waiting for them to rise you will be making some homemade jelly. You will bring home your finished bagels and a jar of jelly. Please bring an apron and a paper grocery bag or small box to put your warm bread in. This class is for beginners and experienced bread bakers.
