Join the Hallberg Center for the Arts and Chisago Lakes ECFE for a FREE art and story time activity series for children Birth to 3 years old.
Blacklights? Check! Glow sticks? Check! Neon art supplies to light up the night? Check and check! This class is so much fun! Come create a colorful art project using special fluorescent art materials that really glow under blacklight. After we create, we’ll turn up the music, turn on the blacklights and get the glow party started. Please pack a snack and drink for your child(ren).
