By joining C.L.P, you'll be supporting the growing sport of pickleball in our community and meeting players of all levels. You'll have use of pickleballs and beginner paddles, first aid supplies and many opportunities to play pickleball with people of all ages and abilities through our GroupMe App and Facebook page. CLP will help to improve amenities at our courts, offer leagues, classes, tournaments etc. We'll also have an end of the summer picnic where you can socialize outside of pickleball, too.   • Full Body Balance & Flexibility - Age 55+

    For Ages 55 and older. Classes are different every week but always focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength to help prevent falls and increase independence. Our SilverSneakers-certified trainers are professional, supportive, and ensure participants are safe while working at their own ability levels— all while HAVING A GOOD TIME! All movements can be performed either seated or standing, and all equipment is provided. Please wear safe, comfortable shoes (no flip-flops!) and come prepared to have a great time.     Join us as we meet with older, active adults who want to stay connected with others in our community. The members of this group will do things together - go on day trips, learn new skills and activities and participate in anything the group deems worthy. It is easy to learn and easy to do, but there are important guidelines for proper practice. Learn how to do it correctly and how your practice develops over time. This class is held virtually.
