    Don't miss out on this opportunity to be a part of this amazing group of people! By joining C.L.P, you'll be supporting the growing sport of pickleball in our community and meeting players of all levels. You'll have use of pickleballs and beginner paddles, first aid supplies and many opportunities to play pickleball with people of all ages and abilities through our GroupMe App and Facebook page. CLP will help to improve amenities at our courts, offer leagues, classes, tournaments etc. We'll also have an end of the summer picnic where you can socialize outside of pickleball, too.     Join us as we meet with older, active adults who want to stay connected with others in our community. The members of this group will do things together - go on day trips, learn new skills and activities and participate in anything the group deems worthy.     For Ages 55 and older. Classes are different every week but always focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength to help prevent falls and increase independence. Our SilverSneakers-certified trainers are professional, supportive, and ensure participants are safe while working at their own ability levels— all while HAVING A GOOD TIME!   • Mature Driving

    This is an in-person class with an instructor held at the Wildcat Community Center Community Room. This course has been approved by the State Department of Public Safety. The course content will include physical and mental limitations, driving strategies, defensive driving and safety. **Effective July 1, the new rule states that the course must be a total of at least 4 hours. This means that a first-time participant can take a 4-hour program as their initial training – the 8-hour program will no longer be a requirement. You will receive a certificate of completion. Check with your insurance agent for reduced rate information.

    Join Jackie Briggs and Dr. Laura Patterson from the All Is Wellness Center and do something good for you! Just like any wellness practice, consistency is key for getting the most out of your efforts. Join us for a three-part series of soundbath with light breathwork and guided meditation. During each session, we’ll do some centering breathwork and enjoy a relaxing, healing soundbath with light guided meditation. Following the soundbath, we’ll have time for discussion and questions. Dress in comfortable, loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket, as we will lie on the floor for the soundbath. Feel free to bring a light blanket to cover up, pillow and eye mask, if you like – whatever makes you comfortable and relaxed.
