    Welcome to the Master Gardener Expo 2025 We're excited to have you attend this amazing learning opportunity. The one day price is $15 and includes up to 3 breakout sessions (one for session 1, one for session 2 and one for session 3) plus the keynote! Lunch can be ordered in advance for an additional $10. Registration is an easy 3 step process. Please be sure to complete all step before you check out. 1.     Come to class in your jammies?!?! That’s right; we’ll be doing art in our pajamas! Why? Because we believe everyone is more creative while wearing their slippers. Don’t bring your pillow; there will be no time for napping. We’ll be too busy creating! Please pack a nut free snack and drink for your child.
  • 3D Printing: Pokémon Monsters

    Become a Pokémon Master of 3D Design! Design your own unique 3D Pokémon using TinkerCAD. Explore your creativity and experiment with SimLab and create themed video games. Learn the basics of CAD modeling and design software. One of your creations will be 3D printed. Printing and material fees are included. If printing is not completed in class, prints will be mailed home. Please bring lunch and a drink. Register by completed Grade 24-25 school year.

    The class introduces Myla Wilson, a professionally trained Ukrainian gymnast who will share her many talents and experiences. Join us to help your son or daughter learn to be active and confident! Held each Thursday in the gymnastics room at the Wildcat Community Center, our new Active and Confident class encourages parents to participate and learn various skills. Your child will love this class! In this class children will learn new skills and abilities of the body! They will become more confident, develop coordination, flexibility, balance and more! They will have fun learning from playing games, running, jumping, climbing and parents will be active too! Parents, plan to participate with your child in this class, and let’s have fun together!

  • Advanced Tennis Clinic

    Intermediate -to- Advanced Tennis CLINIC: Grades 6th through 11th (Register by grade completed in the 2024/2025 SY) WE HAVE SIMPLIFIED THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS THIS YEAR! We will hold 5 classes this year: 4 for Beginner-To-Intermediate, and 1 for Advanced. For our BEGINNER-TO-INTERMEDIATE Classes, all you simply need to do is pick a time and enroll your student. During week 1 we will separate students according to ability and age. These classes will take place at 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, and 10:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If your student has played before and/or has participated on a high school team, the ADVANCED Class may be for them. (But please make sure your student is advanced enough for this class.) This class will be held at 11:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All classes give your student an opportunity to learn the great game of tennis! This will be accomplished through a fun, safe and positive tennis experience that will give each student a solid introduction to the game. Participants will learn how to properly hold a racket, perform drills that can help with their eye- hand coordination, and swing the racket properly for groundstrokes and volleys. Each player will be given personal attention and taught through repetition in an enjoyable, lively atmosphere. ALSO, WE WILL BE USING MORE GAMES THIS YEAR FOR LEARNING! These classes are led by Ron Ingalls. Ron has been a Head High School Coach in past years at Forest Lake and Chisago. He was recently accredited by Racket Sports Professionals Association as a certified Tennis Instructor.   • Aqua Fitness - Age 55+

    For ages 55+ Aqua Fitness is a great way to exercise with low impact on joints while strengthening muscles and bones—all while having fun in the water! This class provides a light to moderate aerobic workout that increases endurance, core strength, and flexibility. Our SilverSneakers-certified instructors lead participants through movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements, and jumping jacks, with limited use of equipment. All equipment is provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along. Please wear swimwear. Locker rooms and showers are available on-site. Free for all SilverSneakers, Renew Active, and One Pass members!     Archery Camp

    This camp is for beginners to advanced archers. We will explore the same archery shot process archers use to shoot for gold at the Olympics. We will learn the physical and mental process to execute a repeatable shot. We will have all the equipment needed to participate and you may bring your own bows up to a 60lbs draw that can be used at this outdoor camp.

You'll receive some funny money to bid with and Kim, our auctioneer, will make our time together so fun. The auction will be located in the gymnastics gym at the WCC. It's going to be a hoot!! Learn about your baby's emotional, social, and physical development through discussions focused on the interest of the group. Your time spent together in the class is meant for purposeful, interactive playtime together. All baby classes have an ongoing enrollment throughout the year, so you can join at any time - and bring a friend! All ECFE classes use a sliding fee scale. Fees are due monthly.

  • Babysitting Safety

    The Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from the American Safety and Health Institute provides everything you need to know for safe and successful babysitting. The students will receive their certification card and instructions to access a digital copy of the Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) Student book at the end of class. From getting started with your business to collaborating with parents and children to key safety, caregiving, and first aid tips, CABS will help set you up for babysitting success. Students must be present for the entire class and complete achievement of the core learning objectives to receive certification valid for two years. Students attend this class independently and should come prepared with a notebook and pen.

    This is a Family Class…so kids bring an adult with you! Come and join us to learn about native bees. We will learn the bee basics and also the importance of these incredible insects. We will also be making bee houses that you will be able to take home. Turn your crafty creativity into functional fun. More bees means more fruits, veggies, and flowers in your own backyard! All the supplies and materials are provided, just bring your creativity.
