Attorney's Summer Young and Lauren Peavehouse will lead you through key factors to drafting and personalizing wills, a power of attorney, and preparing health care directives, as well as explaining important tax law issues as it surrounds your estate. The first meeting will be an overview of your will, some key tax laws you should know and the second meeting will address the very important health care directive and power of attorney documents. There will be templates available for everyone to utilize if they would like.
