This swimming program is intended for athletes who have had previous experience on the high school team or have swim club experience. Stroke mechanics, starts and relay exchanges, along with conditioning will be emphasized. This morning program will be run by Coach Husfeldt and Coach Ewert. If you are a swimmer that is seeking to improve your skills and get ready for the upcoming season; then this is for you!
