ECFE welcomes you and your baby to share your joys and concerns with other new parents.
All incoming 7-12 graders, come join Chisago Lakes LJ/TJ coach, Everett Appleby to work on the basics and improve your skills at the long jump.
Camp participants will learn a proper warm-up for horizontal jumps, a variety of drills, and get the opportunity to practice the long jump and view video footage to get better.
Bring water and a snack. T-Shirt included.
