ECFE welcomes you and your baby to share your joys and concerns with other new parents.
All incoming 7-12th graders, come join Chisago Lakes throws coach Steve Forseth to work on the basics and improve your skills at the shot put and discus.
Camp participants will learn a variety of drills, and get the opportunity for many throws reps.
Video footage will also be available to help you to get better.
Bring water and a snack. T-Shirt included.
