ECFE welcomes you and your baby to share your joys and concerns with other new parents.
All incoming 7-12th graders, come join Chisago Lakes HJ coach, Zac Bringgold to work on the basics and improve your skills at the high jump.
Camp participants will learn a proper warm-up for the high jump, a variety of drills, and get the opportunity to practice the high jump and view video footage to get better.
Bring water and a snack. T-Shirt included.
