ECFE welcomes you and your baby to share your joys and concerns with other new parents.
All incoming 7-12th graders, come join Chisago Lakes coach, Everett Appleby to work on the basics and improve your skills at the triple jump.
Camp participants will learn a proper warm-up for horizontal jumps, a variety of drills, and get the opportunity to practice the triple jump and view video footage to get better.
Bring water and a snack if needed. T-Shirt included.
