The summer SPARQ Performance program is designed to build and progress athletic development through core and auxiliary movements. Even though bench, squat, and cleans are our core movements, our goal is to enhance an athlete's functional Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness. We want to create confident athletes. A confident athlete is a dangerous athlete. We will be using the TeamBuildr app. Athletes make sure you have this downloaded on your phones. This is how we will be taking attendance and sending out workouts.
Sessions will run from June 10th-August 2nd. High School sessions will meet on Monday-Wednesday-Fridays from 6:30-8:00 or 8:00-9:30. Middle school sessions will meet on Monday and Wednesday from 9:30-10:30. NO sessions will be held June 19th or July 1st-5th.
*NEW* BIG CAT COMPETITION: (High School Athletes only, 9-12) On August 2nd we will be combining sessions A & B into one that will run from 6:30-9:30. This will be our last test out for the summer.
