Adult Basic Education provides free educational programs and services for students, who wish to receive their GED, brush up on basic skills, obtain job skills, or study English

Challenge yourself to improve all aspects of your individual game and team concepts. Tuesday we will focus on hitting and setting, Thursday will focus on passing and serving.
