    Join us for an immersive class at Crex Meadows Wildlife Area, one of Wisconsin's premier locations for observing wildlife and learning about wetland and grassland ecosystems. This class explores the rich biodiversity of the region, including sandhill cranes, waterfowl, and unique plant communities. We'll hop on the bus at Lakes Free Church at 9:00 a.m., enjoy a lesson and short walking tour then a bus tour and stop for lunch ($ on your own) on the way home. Don't miss it!

  • 2025 Chisago Lakes Cheerleading Exhibition

    Chisago Lakes Roar Cheerleading Exhibition will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Follow the steps to register for the show and add any additional options if applicable. Please note that steps 2, and 3 are optional. If you are not needing tables & chairs or electricity you do not need to enroll in steps 2 & 3. View all the details below before purchasing your booth: Please bring your own tents or backdrops as there will not be pipe, drape and backdrops this year. Exhibitors bringing their own tables and chairs must have felt or rubber on the bottom of each leg. If you register for electric, you must bring your own cord. All electric cords must be a 3-prong grounded cord. No power strips are allowed. Our expectation is that all vendors will participate in the Expo for the entire duration of the event. Arriving late or leaving early could impact the opportunity to participate in the future.     The Seasons Dinner Theatre at Bunker Hills Event Center Join us as we enjoy an annual Christmas production! Dot Swenson is the "pickle lady" in her hometown in Minnesota. She has won many blue ribbons for her famous gherkins and even sold her recipe to a famous national pickle company. Yes, Dot is know best for making pickles but this Christmas she finds herself in one and doesn't know what to do about it. When her grown children come home for Christmas and find her acting strangely befuddled and uncharactoristically nervous, it becomes a sidesplitting, musical comedy wrapped up in family dynamics that you won't want to miss!
