Dynamic Strength & Stretch

Winter 2024

No matter your fitness level or gym experience, Dynamic Strength class has a place for you.  The workout will consist of basic and advanced strength movements in combination with dynamic body weighted movements.  Every class will end with a 10-15 minute flexibility and recovery session.  Modify or progress as needed.  This energetic class is designed to maximize positive changes in your body.
