  • Family Fun Time

    PRICE IS PER FAMILY - PLEASE ONLY ENROLL ONE USER/ADULT DURING REGISTRATION. Register online for $7 per family/per date or buy a $35 punch card for 6 visits - adult supervision required. Great opportunity for parents, grandparents, or homeschool teachers to bring students in for activities in our facilities. Gymnastics room will be open with stations set up and the full room ready to explore! Drop-ins are welcome.

    Interested in trying the sport of basketball? Join us for a fun afternoon of games, skills, and drills. Students will head to the gym after school. Please make sure they have tennis shoes to wear. Participants will get Ice Cream at the end of class!   • PreK Track & Field Day

    The gun goes off and a crowd of children run down the track towards the finish line - running as fast as they can! It's a track and field event for kids in preschool, ages 3-5. There will be events like the long jump, hurdles and the 50 yd dash and just for fun events like the parent-child three-legged race and parent-child relay. There will be ribbons for all following the events.
  • SPARQ

    Register for the grade completed for 2024-2025 school year. The summer SPARQ Performance program is designed to build and progress athletic development through core and auxiliary movements. Even though bench, squat, and cleans are our core movements, our goal is to enhance an athlete's functional Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness. We want to create confident athletes. A confident athlete is a dangerous athlete. We will be using the TeamBuildr app. Athletes make sure you have this downloaded on your phones. This is how we will be taking attendance and sending out workouts. Sessions will run from June 10th-August 2nd. High School sessions will meet on Monday-Wednesday-Fridays from 6:30-8:00 or 8:00-9:30. Middle school sessions will meet on Monday and Wednesday from 9:30-10:30. NO sessions will be held June 19th or July 1st-5th. *NEW* BIG CAT COMPETITION: (High School Athletes only, 9-12) On August 2nd we will be combining sessions A & B into one that will run from 6:30-9:30. This will be our last test out for the summer.

    Beginner to Intermediate Tennis Class

    Beginner to Intermediate Tennis Class: Grades 2th through 11th (Register by grade completed of 2024/2025 SY) WE HAVE SIMPLIFIED THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS THIS YEAR! We will hold 5 classes this year: 4 for Beginner-To-Intermediate, and 1 for Advanced. For our BEGINNER-TO-INTERMEDIATE Classes, all you simply need to do is pick a time and enroll your student. During week 1 we will separate students according to ability and age. These classes will take place at 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, and 10:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If your student has played before and/or has participated on a high school team, the ADVANCED Class may be for them. (But please make sure your student is advanced enough for this class.) This class will be held at 11:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All classes give your student an opportunity to learn the great game of tennis! This will be accomplished through a fun, safe and positive tennis experience that will give each student a solid introduction to the game. Participants will learn how to properly hold a racket, perform drills that can help with their eye- hand coordination, and swing the racket properly for groundstrokes and volleys. Each player will be given personal attention and taught through repetition in an enjoyable, lively atmosphere. ALSO, WE WILL BE USING MORE GAMES THIS YEAR FOR LEARNING! These classes are led by Ron Ingalls. Ron has been a Head High School Coach in past years at Forest Lake and Chisago. He was recently accredited by Racket Sports Professionals Association as a certified Tennis Instructor.     Volleyball demands a unique combination of power, agility, strength, and endurance which is what Nate Appleby will prepare you for! In this 14 session Class you can get sport specific training for your upcoming volleyball season! This training will include strength training specific to what the volleyball athlete needs to be their best!

In this camp with professional skills trainer Jared Berggren, players will receive detailed instruction on footwork, ball handling, finishing around the rim, and perimeter scoring moves. Players will have a chance to compete in shooting contests and live play drills where they will apply new skills against live defenders.

  • T-Ball Clinic

    The Chisago Lakes T-Ball Clinic serves as an introduction to the game of baseball and provides an opportunity for young children to learn various aspects of the game on a beginner level. The four day clinic will be fast-paced to hold the kids' attention and will include a rotation of stations including hitting, fielding, throwing, and running the bases. Must bring your own glove.

    Register with Completed Grades from the 2024-2025 school year. The Varsity Boys Basketball Coaching staff will teach and facilitate our Shot-Maker Program for completed 4th-11th grade basketball boys basketball players. Our final Session will be the 3rd Annual Wildcat Shootout with shooting contests and prizes. Session I: Completed Grades 4 - 7 Session II: Completed Grades 8 -11

    Completed 8th - 11th Grade Former All-Conference Wildcat and current College of St. Scholastica guard Owen Larsen will lead 7 skill sessions that focus on the program-specific skill sets for Chisago Lakes Varsity Basketball: creating space, playing through contact, and beating pressure.
  • Wildcat Football: High School Camp

    The Wildcat Football Summer Team Camp runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout June and July, ending with a four-day mini camp in late July. If numbers allow, we will conclude the summer with a scrimmage. The camp provides individual instruction for all positions, focusing on proper tackling and blocking techniques, as well as running, throwing, receiving, and pass defense. Players will also receive instruction on Chisago Lakes' offensive and defensive schemes. Specialists—such as kickers, punters, long snappers, and holders—are welcome to stay after morning sessions for additional practice. This camp is open to players that have completed grades 8-11th in the 24/25 school year who are interested in playing football in August.

    This summer, we're taking our gymnasts' experience to the next level! Our summer session runs from June 17 to August 14, with classes twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Beginners will enjoy 1-hour sessions, while Intermediate and Advanced athletes get 2-hour classes. To top it all off, we'll celebrate their progress with a special showcase on August 14, where participants will also receive custom-designed t-shirts. Don't miss out on an unforgettable summer of growth and fun!

    Whatever you are looking for in the sport of fencing there is something for everyone! Fencing is a vigorous sport that develops stamina, quick reactions, speed, accuracy of movement and excellent coordination. More than a game, fencing requires a mental attitude of self-discipline involving total manipulation of mind and body in perfect harmony. It utilizes natural body movement to create simple and effective self-protection techniques with the sword. All participants are encouraged to have fun no matter what their ability. Attacking, defense, timing and intense tactics are all integrated into this beginning class. Whether you're fencing for a good work out, or gaining points for the Olympics, fencing is fun for the whole family. We provide everything needed to fence (mask, jacket, glove, and weapon). Fencers should come dressed comfortably (for freedom of movement) including long sweat pants and running shoes.

As students progress, they refine their strength, agility, and grace, making every movement more fluid and elegant. Classes are led by Liudmyla Wilson, a professional rhythmic gymnast and former member of the Ukrainian National Team. Under her expert guidance, you’ll experience top-tier training and achieve your gymnastics goals!

    The class introduces Myla Wilson, a professionally trained Ukrainian gymnast who will share her many talents and experiences. Join us to help your son or daughter learn to be active and confident! Held each Thursday in the gymnastics room at the Wildcat Community Center, our new Active and Confident class encourages parents to participate and learn various skills. Your child will love this class! In this class children will learn new skills and abilities of the body! They will become more confident, develop coordination, flexibility, balance and more! They will have fun learning from playing games, running, jumping, climbing and parents will be active too! Parents, plan to participate with your child in this class, and let’s have fun together!
  • Golf: Youth Camp

    Learn the game of golf or build on your present skills. Instructors will teach students proper technique, lead drills and games, and offer an analysis of swings. Ages 6-9 will use SNAG golf equipment. End with playing on the golf course. Taught by PGA professionals. Both sessions teach the same material. Clubs provided.
