Middle School Esports now available to Chisago Lakes 6, 7 and 8th graders! This is an exciting opportunity for students to engage in competitive video gaming. Chisago Lakes Middle School Esports Junior is a part of the MNVL (Minnesota Video League) and competes against area school districts. Spring season for Esports starts soon! Esports is a fun competitive group that promotes inclusion and teamwork. The students play games competitively with schools from all over the state. Students compete at home on devices they already own.

The spirit of MNVL is to always play if you can, and never take a forfeit win unless you absolutely must. Although not a rule, this is a standard we hope all our teams and players try to live up to! Therefore, please only register if you know you can meet the committment.
Season Structure
The MN Varsity League will run for two weeks of preseason, followed by six weeks of regular season, and one week of playoffs/finals and then state finals. To learn more about the rules, governing body, games and schedule., visit the MNvL website: MNvL Spring Rules
