The class introduces Myla Wilson, a professionally trained Ukrainian gymnast who will share her many talents and experiences.
Welcome to our gymnastics class for 4 and 5 year old boys and girls! This class (section 2) will include stretching, strengthening all muscles of the body, developing coordination and the ability to react. By taking this class, students will learn to exercise appropriately, they will improve their flexibility, develop their strength and focus, discipline and gain confidence and coordination. It is an ideal base for all sports in the future! The 4 and 5 years old's will meet Thursday's 10:30 am. Please wear comfortable sportswear.
