In this multi-session beginner-friendly workshop, artist & maker Alysse Lensing will demonstrate and provide hands-on assistance in exploring the incredible world of ceramics! Learn to throw on the potters’ wheel, and create functional ceramics through a variety of hand building techniques! Each week we will focus on a specific method of making, allowing you to be creative in your interpretations of each project, from start to finish! Our final class session will be focused on glazing and finishing techniques, so that you can bring your work to life and allow it to be utilized in your everyday life.
