For ages 55+
Aqua Fitness is a great way to exercise with low impact to joints. It will help strengthen muscles and bones all while having fun in the water! This class provides a light to moderate aerobic workout that increases endurance, core strength and flexibility. There is limited use of equipment. The instructor leads participants through light weight movements to increase strength and cardio movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements and jumping jacks.
All equipment is provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along. Please wear swim wear. Locker rooms and showers are available on site.

Adrielle Bollin
Instructor
Adrielle Bollin is a NASM certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness thanks to the personal trainer who got her started over 8 years ago. Adrielle teaches Water Group Exercise, Mat Pilates and HIIT (high intensity interval training) at various locations. Her goal is to help her students feel energized, strong and empowered thru building muscle, and improving balance and flexibility.
