With an extensive background in dance, I rediscovered my love for movement through Pilates when searching for an exercise routine that was a bit more than yoga, but less than hard-core strength training. After just one class, I was captivated by Pilates and knew it was my path forward.
I am committed to a holistic approach to Pilates, ensuring each session is thoughtfully structured yet flexible to meet the unique needs and goals of every participant. My teaching focuses on mindful movement and proper alignment, fostering a deep connection between mind and body. In my classes, everyone is welcomed and supported, creating an inclusive environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their potential and achieve their wellness goals. What I love most about Pilates is its accessibility to all bodies. Having started my journey in a larger body, I know firsthand how Pilates can provide an inclusive and adaptable exercise option. Pilates meets you where you are, offering modifications that make every move possible, regardless of your fitness level. I cherish diversity in my classes, where participants range from 18 to 75 years old and come from all different backgrounds and levels of experience, all discovering the grounding and joy that Pilates brings. My mission is to help others find this same love for movement, grounding into their bodies, and embracing the transformative power of Pilates.
