If you’ve previously taken Rhythmic Gymnastics and are ready to take your skills to new heights, this class is perfect for you!
Rhythmic gymnastics is a dynamic sport that blends dance, gymnastics, and the art of apparatus manipulation. In this sport, athletes perform choreographed routines either solo or in groups, using props such as ribbons, hoops, balls, and clubs—all set to captivating music.
Rhythmic gymnastics is an excellent choice for young athletes, providing not only a fun and engaging way to improve physical fitness, but also helping to develop essential skills like flexibility, balance, coordination, and posture. As students progress, they refine their strength, agility, and grace, making every movement more fluid and elegant.
Classes are led by Liudmyla Wilson, a professional rhythmic gymnast and former member of the Ukrainian National Team. Under her expert guidance, you’ll experience top-tier training and achieve your gymnastics goals!
