Join Jackie Briggs and Dr. Laura Patterson from the All Is Wellness Center and do something good for you! Just like any wellness practice, consistency is key for getting the most out of your efforts. Join us for a three-part series of soundbath with light breathwork and guided meditation. During each session, we’ll do some centering breathwork and enjoy a relaxing, healing soundbath with light guided meditation. Following the soundbath, we’ll have time for discussion and questions.
Dress in comfortable, loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket, as we will lie on the floor for the soundbath. Feel free to bring a light blanket to cover up, pillow and eye mask, if you like – whatever makes you comfortable and relaxed.
