Join the Hallberg Center for the Arts and Chisago Lakes ECFE for a FREE art and story time activity series for children Birth to 3 years old.
In this class we will be using resin to create beautiful ocean art. In the class you will be able to do your resin art in a frame and in a large shell. All materials and instructions are included in the class fee. Just register, show up and have fun. 14 years old and older are welcome!
