Join the Hallberg Center for the Arts and Chisago Lakes ECFE for a FREE art and story time activity series for children Birth to 3 years old.
This class focuses on the art of creating or embellishing decorative ornaments. Whether for personal use, gift-giving, or holiday decor, participants will have three finished ornaments to take home, along with the skills to continue crafting on their own. Participants will work with materials like paint, craft paper, plastic, pipe cleaner, pompoms.
