Join the Hallberg Center for the Arts and Chisago Lakes ECFE for a FREE art and story time activity series for children Birth to 3 years old.
The wonderful children’s book Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister will be our inspiration as we create a masterpiece inspired by the story – using clay, tools, paint & glittery scales! This is a great class for siblings to take together. Must be accompanied by a caregiver.
