ECFE STEM series
Welcome to Edible Science, where learning and deliciousness go hand-in-hand! This course invites your child to explore the fascinating world of science and mathematics through tasty experiments and fun activities. This week we’ll be creating delicious handmade marshmallows using sugar, corn syrup and unflavored gelatin. “It’s a marshmallow world in the winter” and we’re going to enjoy sharing these yum, yummy treats!
Instructor’s note: Students will be expected to help heat up and stir the sugar syrup which can cause burns if not handled correctly; please be mindful of this when registering your child and let the instructor know ahead of time if additional assistance/guidance will be needed.
