Want to participate and compete in high school gymnastics? If you have mastered basic skills including back handsprings on the floor, handsprings on the vault, cartwheels, back walkovers on the beam, kips and back and front hip circles on the bars, this is for you. Strength & Speed Training: Intermediate/Advanced
Grade 9-11 (2021-22 school year) Summer Strength and Speed Training will include instruction and guidance in weight training and speed development. Beginner Karate
We teach traditional Japanese karate. We focus on creating confidence, self-discipline, focus, respect, and leadership skills. As our motto says, "More Than Just Punching and Kicking, We Help You Grow.” -
Golf: Youth Camp
Learn the game of golf or build on your present skills. Instructors will teach students proper technique, lead drills and games, and offer an analysis of swings. Ages 6-9 will use SNAG golf equipment. End with playing on the golf course. Taught by PGA professionals. Both sessions teach the same material. Clubs provided. -
Little Ninjas
This is a Ninja class for kids with lots of energy! It is a combination of gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle coarse training and freestyle movement. This class will work on listening skills, focused energy, flexibility while learning flips, jumps, kicks, balance and building strength. Parents should be prepared to assist with some stations on occasion, especially with younger groups. Your participation is greatly appreciated! -
Gymnastics: Little Wildcats Gymnastics Team
Prerequisite: COACHES RECOMMENDATION ONLY mlang@isd2144.org This is an advanced group, not for beginners. Tumbling and coordination building activities will be used to teach fundamental gymnastics skills for 4-6 yr olds with Coach's recommendation. Wear non-baggy athletic clothes. No tights (socks or bare feet only). -

Intro To Dance
Learn beginner level dance moves choreographed to upbeat music. This is a energetic class that will teach the basic dance moves in jazz, tap and ballet. -
Wrestling Camp
Register by grade completed in 2021-2022 school year. Get some energy out of your kids before bedtime while learning the sport of wrestling. Technique will be taught through games, drilling, and live wrestling. T-shirt included. -
Gymnastics: Beginner I
This class is for the gymnast that is relatively new to the sport. The emphasis will be on tumbling, building strength, and developing balance on the beam. Learn basics of uneven bars. Wear non-baggy athletic clothes. No tights (socks or bare feet only). -
Gymnastics: Beginner II
Prerequisite: Completed Beginners I This class is for the gymnast that has completed a Beginners I class. The emphasis will be on perfecting previous learned stunts while building more confidence. Gymnasts will work on advancing their tumbling, balance beam and uneven bar skills. Wear non-baggy athletic clothes. No tights (socks or bare feet only). -
Gymnastics: Intermediate
Grades K- 8 (completed) Focus on improving form, building strength and working on more advanced skills like walkovers and round-offs. Bar and high beam work will be included in this class. Wear non-baggy athletic clothes. No tights (socks or bare feet only). -
Gymnastics: Tumble Tots
Focus on large muscle development for young children. Activities will seek to build strength, coordination & flexibility while learning basic gymnastics stills. Parents participate in the class with their children. Wear non-baggy athletic clothes. No tights (socks or bare feet only). -
Gymnastics: Tumble Cats
Tumbling and coordination building activities will be used to teach fundamental gymnastics skills. Kindergarten age children are welcome to join this class. Wear non-baggy athletic clothes. No tights (socks or bare feet only). -

Focus on improving form, building strength, and working on more advanced skills like walkovers, round-offs, and back handsprings. Wear non-baggy athletic clothes. No tights (socks or bare feet only). -
Volleyball- Beginners Club
Volleyball club is for the player that would like to learn more about volleyball. This will include basic skills of bumping, setting, spiking and under/overhand serving. We will also work on court formation, court movement and ball placement. Participants will start with basics and work up to more competitive skills. Cost includes a t-shirt, indicate size when registering. Please register by experience and level in volleyball. If they’re brand new to volleyball, register them under the Beginner’s class! If they’re experienced with volleyball, have them join the Experienced class! -

Tiny Tot Intro To Dance
Join in the fun as you will move to the upbeat music while learning fun beginner dance moves. This class is a perfect intro to dance class for tiny tots that love to move to the beat! -
DISCO Gymnastics/Ninja Program
We will offer small class (1:3 teacher/student ratio) sizes to introduce children with developmental delays and sensory processing issues and other invisible disabilities to the sport of gymnastics and ninja. Kids must be able to walk and communicate with the coaching staff. This class is not a replacement for physical or occupational therapy, but rather a place where they can have positive social interactions and improve gross motor skills. Parental participation is required for grades K-8. -
Volleyball: High School
Grade 8-11 (completed) This camp will focus on volleyball fundamental skills in the areas of attacking, blocking, setting, passing, serving, and digging with break-out sessions for position training as well as system training, court awareness, and volleyball IQ. Girls who will play at any high school level for the 2021 season should attend this camp, as there will be sessions adapted for both elite players and beginners. Includes a t-shirt. Questions?
