    Get the best of both worlds with Sculpt and Flow! This unique class alternates Mat Pilates one week with a full-body bodyweight strength workout the next. One week, you'll focus on strengthening your core, improving posture, and enhancing your mind-body connection with Mat Pilates. The following week, get ready to challenge yourself with a moderately intense circuit designed to build muscle and sculpt your entire body using just your own weight! All you need is a mat and comfortable clothes you can move freely (and sweat!) in. Whether you're a beginner or have an intermediate fitness level, you're welcome to join us and strengthen and sculpt your body.     For Ages 55 and older. Classes are different every week but always focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength to help prevent falls and increase independence. Our SilverSneakers-certified trainers are professional, supportive, and ensure participants are safe while working at their own ability levels— all while HAVING A GOOD TIME! All movements can be performed either seated or standing, and all equipment is provided. Please wear safe, comfortable shoes (no flip-flops!) and come prepared to have a great time.   • Sound and Meditation Healing Series

    Join Jackie Briggs and Dr. Laura Patterson from the All Is Wellness Center and do something good for you! Just like any wellness practice, consistency is key for getting the most out of your efforts. Join us for a three-part series of soundbath with light breathwork and guided meditation. During each session, we’ll do some centering breathwork and enjoy a relaxing, healing soundbath with light guided meditation. Following the soundbath, we’ll have time for discussion and questions. Dress in comfortable, loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket, as we will lie on the floor for the soundbath. Feel free to bring a light blanket to cover up, pillow and eye mask, if you like – whatever makes you comfortable and relaxed.
